We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Eftpos. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Is smoking allowed at the property?

Opus Broadbeach is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or common areas.

Can I host parties or events at Opus Broadbeach?

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and events are not permitted. Additionally, we observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.

Children and Extra Beds

Are children allowed?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome at Opus Broadbeach.

How are children accommodated in terms of pricing?

Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults for pricing purposes.

What is the policy on cots and extra beds?

  • Cots: Available upon request for children aged 0-2 years at AUD 20 per child, per night.
  • Extra beds: Available upon request for children aged 3+ at AUD 80 per person, per night.

Please note that prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and will need to be paid separately. The number of cots and extra beds permitted depends on the room option selected and is subject to availability

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, group bookings of more than 2 rooms are available. Please note that different policies and additional charges may apply for group bookings.

Yes, the AUD 500 damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
