Opus Broadbeach Terms and Conditions

Valid photo identification and a credit card must be supplied at check-in. The reservation name must match the ID and credit card provided. The credit card used for the deposit payment must be presented at check-in by the cardholder. If you are not able to provide identification, your booking will be cancelled and the full booking amount forfeited as a cancellation fee. A $200 pre-authorization is required per room for two-bedroom apartments staying for 5 nights or less as a security deposit. A $500 pre-authorization is required per room for three-bedroom apartments and bookings 5 days or greater as a security deposit. The authorization is processed on check-in, and must be on a debit/credit card that matches the name on the reservation.

Opus Broadbeach enforces a strict ‘Guest Behaviour Policy’. Non-refundable eviction will apply to all bookings acting in contravention of this. There is a strict ‘No Party Policy’. Non-refundable eviction will apply to all parties or large gatherings.

Smoking is prohibited. A $500 fine will be charged to anyone found smoking, including on the balconies.

Opus Broadbeach does not accept Schoolies. All registered guests must be over 21 years of age for the QLD/NSW Schoolies week period.

Opus Broadbeach reserves the right to cancel any reservation made as a result of errors relating to availability or rates.

Payment:

A 1.5% surcharge applies for transactions processed by MasterCard or Visa. Cash is not accepted at the property.

A prepayment of the total price of the reservation will be charged as a non-refundable deposit within the cancellation period as per the booking’s cancellation policy. If the deposit declines, the guest will have 24 hours to contact the property before the reservation is cancelled. The credit card used for the deposit payment must be presented by the cardholder on check-in with valid photo identification. The transaction will appear on your bank statement as Opus Broadbeach

Booking Credit:

Booking credits that are issued for future accommodation will remain valid for 12 months from the issue date. Booking credits are valid for accommodation charges only and are not redeemable for any booking extras or services. Booking credits may only be redeemed directly through the property, it may not be redeemed on bookings made through third-party travel agents or online booking platforms. Booking credits are valid for one future stay only and must be booked and confirmed prior to the expiry date. Any credit not redeemed by the expiry date will be forfeited.

Guest Behaviour Policy

Opus Broadbeach, our utmost priority is to ensure that our residents and guests enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment where they can relax and feel safe and secure. As such, we have a guest behaviour policy on which we have zero tolerance and we enforce strictly.

Key elements of the policy include:

• No Party Policy
• No Schoolies Policy
• Excessive Alcohol Policy
• No Smoking Policy
• General Guest Behaviour Policy

Our policy is enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The entire building is monitored 24/7 by the building management team and security providers. We will take swift and decisive action where any area of this policy is breached.

All guests at Opus will be asked to read and acknowledge this policy upon check-in and will be required to pay a security bond. Upon doing so, guests acknowledge that breaching any area of this policy is likely to result in loss of security bond, costs for any damage incurred, and immediate eviction from the premises without refund.

In order to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and to prevent any disappointment to you or other guests, guests are encouraged to read these policies before making a booking.
